Flowers from a Friend

My girlfriend from BC is leaving us/Toronto and gave us a parting gift of massive sunflowers. They are beautiful and so happy looking. I love them in my entrance way - they remind me of the happy week we spent together. She is heading north to Muskoka with her newly arrived boyfriend. I attended lunch break yoga today, then taught/subbed the evening power yoga followed immediately by my weekly spin class, conveniently in the same gym room!
