Annie’s Back..........!!!!

Baking.....!very carefully with one hand...but it feels good to be able to do what I like best.....only cooked 11 buns leaving me the one space to grip the bun tin from the oven.....how about that for “mindful” thinking!!
This is very muc the way I will have to operate from now on...one task at a time and keep my mind on it.....!
I am doing my exercises but it is extremely sore, as I was told it would be! But going in the right direction now.....
