Wth Mr H insulating the loft he has unearthed some ancient artefacts, and here are just a few.

As part of the secretarial course I did we were encouraged to buy the 2000 magazine, a Pitman shorthand publication. But I remember every time we went into John Menzies to buy it, the shop assistant would present us with 2000 AD, the Judge Dredd etc comic. Now if I'd ever actually bought that it might be worth a bit by now.

I believe the only one still in existence from my photo is The Observer magazine. The college has now merged with another, the Student Allowances are long gone and I'm not sure where they brew McEwan's now, but the Fountainbridge site is now student flats/Cineworld?
