Six today

Orlando was born in the very early hours of a bitterly cold November morning.

He was born at home in a pool of warm water.

I was struck by how big his mouth was and how short his fingers were when I first set eyes on him.

Among other things, he has turned out to be a loud and dexterous boy.

And we love him.
