In the eye of the hurricane

We are currently in the eye of the hurricane, so halfway through the worst of the winds.

The little creek down the side of the house isn’t a little creek anymore.  1/3 to 1/2 of the trees between us and Jim’s have come down or snapped

My redbud has broken limbs, my pink dogwood is down and most of my plants are goners.

No power since 2:30am and who knows when we’ll get it back.

We still have the other half of the storm to get through yet.

No structural damage to the house that we know of at this point.
