The negotiations have been protracted, sometimes bitter, mostly difficult. Even with sufficient notice of the events that are coming up, it seems that certain parties are determined that no deal is better than a rubbish deal. And given the parties involved know quite a bit about dealing, it's frustrating.

So instead of a bus with hollow promises, here's a Cigs that is being posted ahead of the conclusion of the negotiations with imindoors and the image rights of the Mill.
