Met up with Rita for lunch. Was great seeing her again.
Did some shopping for volleyball pants for Emilie. Took them to her and then we went out for coffee. Was great having a bit of one on one with her.
After I dropped her off for practice before the game she called and said she heard a pop in her foot and it's swelling pretty bad. The athletic director wrapped it and gave her ice. I came to the gym and sat with her for a few hours so she could watch her team play. Tomorrow she will go for a x-ray. 
Yesterday my niece Sarah had the same thing happen. Today she had it x-rayed and she had fractured her Talus. She is in a boot and crutches for 6 weeks. I hope Emilie's isn't as bad.
