Madonna by candlelight

I wasn't at all sure I'd manage anything today. Thank goodness I could pop into church!

I actually rather like this, which is just as well as I'd come to the conclusion that I really didn't want to blip any more photos I wasn't happy with. ( I think I will call those pictures "blip marks" because they are there mostly to fill a space.)

This is lit entirely by the votive light. I hope it doesn't look too dark on your screen! I converted the original to b & w and then added an antique light in Lightroom. This brings it back very close to the colour version, but I prefer this to the original.

Looks like the plan to carry a phone with a decent camera has come to a standstill. Still not activated after 10 days, there is a fault in someone's system so I'm sending the phone back and cancelling the contract before it actually begins. O well, back to the drawing board and a pass-me-down pay as you go.
