Terracotta Army

Liverpool! Never been there before but the opportunity to see some of the Terracotta Army face to face was enough to drag me there, with Jenny for company. See extra. We were lucky with the weather and had a look around the historic dockyard before heading up to the museum.
We had timed entrance tickets and this worked very well, giving us all enough space to have a quality experience. The exhibit was beautifully laid out with plenty of well written information and the pieces were very lovely to see. I especially liked the chariot ponies, each one had individual character as did the soldiers.
Really very special and I’m so glad I made the effort.
I wonder if I will ever get to see the main site? That would be incredible!
