Back Steps

My husband had three Addenbrookes hospital appointments this morning, each and hour apart.
 
We then went to Scotsdales Garden Centre for lunch and I bought a few items, as well as a new cookery book; recipes for slow cookers. On the way home we stopped in Saffron Walden to collect our prescriptions.

Our bricklayer had made quite a lot of progress and today’s picture shows just one small part of the new steps complete with my shadow! Once these and the front steps are finished, we will get him to quote for the repair of two sets of steps in the orchard. 

Today's picture should be of Dougal as it is his anniversary, but he will appear tomorrow.
