Devils Coachman

It was so wet that when I was out with the dogs there was absolutely no photos to be taken, however in the afternoon, my wife let out a scream and called me to a strange insect which was walking across the carpet. I wanted to take a photo of it in the house but she refused to let me and demanded that I took it out side. So here it is out on the door step (the only dry bid around the house). It is called a Devils Coachman and is a sort of beetle, a bit like an earwig!
