Drip drip drip

I laid in bed last night and could hear a strange noise. I had heard the cats playing on the landing so thought it was them. Got out of bed to find them sat at the top of the stairs doing a sort of vertical tennis observer movement. ( up- down). In fact they were watching my ceiling drip water.
We managed to turn the water off and drain the hot water tank.
Thanks to a very nice member of staff who overheard me regaining my dilemma. She arranged for her husband to come round after work. Temporary fix done with replacement part to be installed on Weds. after work
Never a dull moment.
