Konoba Veranda

This is truly a gem near Dubrovnik, highly recommended if you are in the region. The family-owned restaurant offers a number of specialities from various Croatian regions and adjacent Bosnia & Herzegovina where the family's background is. 

Each page in the menu corresponds to a region, with starters, main and desserts. And the servers work more like consultants than anything else, explaining the why's and the do's and dont's - i.e. we asked to swap one ingredient but were talked out of it for it would negatively influence the dish.
