Wet and wild

My cold is still keeping me awake at night and last night it was joined by the wind and rain lashing at the windows. It was still blowing a gale this morning so we decided not to go in on the motorbike but to work from home.

After work I made some little cakes for Rich to take in tomorrow. It is his birthday on Thursday so it will be nice for him to share them, even if it is a little early.

I feel my cold should be going by now so I will have an early night and tell myself it will be gone tomorrow.
