Fine Specimen

Today’s task was to remove a pane of glass that was cracked. Fortunately I could remove the sash window. I knew it would be a battle as the Georgian putty is rock hard and care is needed not to split the wood underneath. Finally succeeded but then discovered some rotten wood which needed treatment. Although I love old houses, for their character, no job is ever straight forward!

Tonight tried Box HIT. Not only did it exercise the body it challenged the mind learning new moves. Will see how the body feels tomorrow.!
