Autumn

Cycling home from work I heard the first of the conkers falling off the trees around me. Autumn is definitely here. 

A quiet day at work. A very long team meeting then an interesting team supervision where we finally started talking about some of the not so helpful dynamics that have been around in the last few months. It was thoughtful and constructive and I think really helpful .
