Portmeirion

I have had another wonderful day, and it has been sun all the way since 9am. Took the train to Portmeirion to see the Italian style village, started in1925 by architect Clough Williams-Ellis... all the buildings are now listed Grade1 or 11 surrounded by 70 acres of forest and woodland. Also famous for being used in the filming of "The Prisoner" a cult television series of the 60's.
A fascinating place, with potential photographs everywhere. I took 100's and again, have added a few extras....hope you like them.
