Gin Kitchen

We went on a short coach trip with the WI to a small gin distillery. It was just a small operation distilling high end gin, so good it is sold in Fortnum and Mason. We tasted three different gins, neat! Then we had them with a little tonic, and finally served cocktail style. The final drinks were beautiful, and this particular gin in my blip turns pink when tonic is added, so beautiful. The extra shows one of the small stills where the whole operation was explained to us.
I am not a fan of gin and N drank a lot of my share. The coach was quite noisy on the way home! It was an interesting visit, but I am not converted.
