Art on the ugly electrical cabinets

The title of this work is In grand ma´s shoes and the artist is Tessa Ojala.
I have passed by this place many times and today I was wondering, why I haven´t previously noticed this great image.
It has been the common project with the energy company and art museum to get art on these public places.
