WEDNESDAY

We were doubly lucky today, MrD and I, as we had both Scarlett and her mother our daughter spend the day with us.
It is always delightful to have Scarlett here but so special to have our daughter too - she works all week!  I don't know how she does it.
We managed a visit to the park in between showers of drizzle and while there I spotted these flower like shapes at the top of a Norfolk Island Pine.  I've not seen them before.  
I'm hoping this shot fits Bob's bill (BobsBlips) of opened for today's Wide Wednesday challenge as the 'flowers' would have to be opened.  Thanks, Bob for hosting.
