Common Mergansers Clear Lake, Oregon

We had the afternoon off at our retreat today.
The headwaters of the McKenzie River is Clear Lake which is about 16 miles away.
We went kayaking on the crystal clear water, where the lake bottom is visible fifty feet below... simply sublime.
