Fungi + Fun Times on Y Foel.

Phil Cooper and I walked to the top of this HuMP, Y Foel, a P116 and back to the car in under 40 minutes. Route finding could be difficult as a friend Mark Trengove could tell you as it took him 5.5 hours to do the same hill. There is only a very faint path off the main wide track that actually goes to the small summit cairn.

Runhills states it looks like a Fly Agaric (Aminita) that has lost most of the white warts on the cap, they are often washed off by the rain.
