The cereal breaker

When Jordans package their cereals they advertise the large oaty clusters. Have you ever wondered why before you get very far into the packet you find that most of the content is in fact broken into fine aggregate?  I have often thought that there must be dedicated cereal breakers in each packet and I can now present to you evidence in support of this.
