A visitor from USA

We eat at our favorite restaurant with a friend from USA, North Carolina. She is a pediatric neurosurgeon and friend of my friend Pelin who worked in North Carolina university. This is how they became friends.
Tomorrow they will have Istanbul tour. USA and Turkey are allies or not? Who cares? We are happy together.
