Fruitful

A wonderful warm, sunny and uneventful day. I went to Lidl, made roast chicken & veg soup and sticky toffee pudding. MrRoly mowed the lawn, planted up some pots and made Nasty Goreng.

We both watched episodes 1 to 3 of Bodyguard! Wow! No spoilers for last nights episode please. I do think perhaps they should have watched the Whitney/Kevin film though as it might have alerted them to the potential risks of having/being a PPO ;-)

The picture shows the only best bit of my dream veg patch. The apple tree, rhubarb and rosemary seem to be thriving, as do the nasturtiums. The plum seems ok but completely fruit free. The fig has 2 fruits so I’m keeping everything crossed that they survive into next year!
