...meet Paul Polacco the diver who hand collected last night's queen scallop.
Wow how special is that!

Paul has a stall at the Adelaide Farmers Sunday market which showcases all things fresh and sourced from South Australia.
And yes there was this guy shucking purple scallops and selling them by the dozen or individually to folk who were queuing with containers bedded with crushed ice.
He also hand collects sea urchins...but not today as the weather is not being kind for urchin foraging.
