Bike MS New Bern Sunday

A couple of sunrise shots as we were driving the 31 miles from New Bern to Edward this morning.

This was Rest Stop #3 for the bike riders doing the 75 & 100 mile routes today. It was in the middle of nowhere!

When we arrived, this couple were there unloading our supplies for the morning. I had hoped to take some photos while at the rest stop but it was work non-stop.

The other few people there ensured the oranges & bananas were cut and available along with cookies, chips and a few other things.

Kent and I manned the table with the water, gatorade and ice. It was nonstop scooping ice and filling bike water bottles. Sounds like nothing but stand in the sun and do it flat out for a few hours and see what ya think!
