Hobbit?

I don't really know what to say about this little access-way I found through a hedge. The house behind the hedge is of normal size (where normal means equal to or greater than the house I blipped yesterday). A paved path leads from the house to this hole-in-the-hedge suggesting that it has official householder approval, it is not a random act of vandalism, yet it is large enough only for a very small person or a large dog.
It must therefore be either to let pesky little Tarquin out to play with the traffic before his nanny can catch up with him, or, to allow Bruno to hilariously bite the postman before he even approaches the front door.
