Today didn't go to plan. 

I nipped out to the hospital for my 'nadir' bloods - the test they do a week after your poison when you're at your most immunosuppressed to check your white cell count. I also get my picc line dressing changed.  20 mins and out. 

Not today.  They flushed my picc line and went for the blood but it didn't come.  They tried with me standing up, lying down, head to the left, right, arm up, arm down.  Nothing.  

I went for an xray, so they could see where the picc line is and it seems its moved.  I don't know what it means but no blood today is the short story.   

My 20 minute nip out from work took 3.5 hours.  I spent the afternoon catching up and worked to 7.00pm to get stuff done.
