Gleeful Running

A good first night in the tent.  Everyone was nice and cosy.

A morning walk at Whitesands Beach, followed by some running on the grass to clean the sand off our shoes.

CyclopsJnr played with his friends in the playpark again while Cyclops dismantled then tent, then we went swimming at the pool at Dunbar.  We've not been before, and it's lovely (and CyclopsJnr was thrilled when his friends from the park turned up there too).

There is a big flume at the pool with no height restriction, but users have to be able to swim 5m unaided.  CyclopsJnr is very, very close to being able to do that, but didn't quite manage to convince daddy this time (the lifeguards seemed quite fearsome...).  We'll have to come back for a go on the flume soon.

Afterwards we had a picnic lunch at Belhaven Bay before heading back to the 'burgh (another car nap opportunity).

Supermarket, playing with lego, Monsters University on TV, dinner, bath, back to a proper bed for the night for a tired and happy boy!
