Sad swans

I have had a strange week I have some real movement back in the wrist but my struggle with reactions to painkillers means the exercises are done through gritted teeth.

I extended my driving radius today to visit friends- 15 miles each way may not be a lot normally but today the wrist is reminding me that it’s little victories that matter.

The swans live on a stretch of water yards from my friends’ house. Why sad...well they lost all their cygnets to foxes the first night they hatched and the parents now just sit around looking almost lost.
