Another Temple day, ending at the Temple of the Tooth, where we attended a puja ceremony, where the room containing Buddha’s Tooth is opened, allowing believers to make offerings. We lit candles and joss sticks, which felt as a catholic, rather familiar. We also placed flowers on the table. It became a bit scary when the crowds built up. It was an interesting experience.
