Gratitude

Today I enjoyed another early cycle ride to Goldhanger and visited my parents. Feeling grateful that they are both still in good health in their 70’s and that I get to spend time with them regularly

There was a definite chill in the air today but having opted to visit the supermarket in a jumper this afternoon, I found that the clouds when I left home were hiding some deceptively warm sunshine. 3 stores later and I had almost everything on my list (does nowhere stock polenta anymore!)

Aside from that the day has mostly been spent at home, getting a few chores done and pondering holidays.
