Woke up with some ideas
Thought about my financial situation.
Thought about acceptance and the need to ask for help.
Cleaned the house and took out the trash, my neighbor called out to me and said she was impressed with my project and went inside to get me a check! A donation... She said she had a good feeling. It was very kind of her.

I went to the library and gave two cans of food to have my library fines forgiven.
Saw horrific pictures of Gaza.

Made tortilla soup in the slow cooker.
Felt a cool wintery sensation all around the left side of my body while Stewart tried to read me a story- that tingling sensation that stress is getting the better of me, a reminder to take care.... So we breathed.

Acceptance. Taking care. Asking for help and then receiving help these are my lessons. I am lucky to have such first world problems.
