Show Day for Allotments

Today was the Annual Allotment Show Day for Edinburgh.  I hadn't been before but was very impressed by the organisation and the quality of entries.  I would love to put up lots of photos from the day, but have just chosen some of the flowers and some extras of our show entries.  (One extra is of the wheel barrow all packed to go, I hope you like the huge pumpkin, the other is of the winning vegetable entry)
I work as a children's allotment teacher and we made a number of entries-we were delighted to win 4 certificates.  Although we won first prize for flowers, I was more pleased with second place for our veg.
