What a great day....

....spent with my family celebrating my sisters birthday.

Although this wouldn't normally be a big birthday in terms of a number, it is special in the fact we weren't sure how she would be doing considering where she was two and half months ago.

After suffering the worst kind of heart attack you can have, being told she only has 30% of her heart working after having a stent fitted this birthday is a good one.

All the presents in the world couldn't be as good as being told your heart is improving when initially being told it is unlikely to get any better. She got this news yesterday and it's a whopping 50% gain, best gift ever.
