What a pleasant, calm, domesticated Saturday.
It was busy, mind you. The Hippie had given me another load of apples during the week, and the Boss had given me a lot of tomatoes. Today I turned the apples into Apfelmus and the tomatoes became a sauce for pasta.
After that I made soup (red lentil and coconut) for dinner. I must have spent 6 hours in the kitchen. Tiring, but rewarding.
The Blip is the 2.5kg of apples, washed, cored and cut, ready for cooking.
