Anniversary cocktail
Yesterday hubby and I celebrated our wedding anniversary of 44 years. To celebrate we went for dinner at a favourite restaurant where they produce the most incredible cocktails. My cocktail involved tanquerary gin and cointreau poured over lots of ice and topped up soda water. Melon balls provided the decoration. Hubby enjoyed a couple of Japanese beers a traditional style one and a black one. To me the black one had a slight liquorice taste. As for the food this restaurant claims to be a burger bar, however, their burgers come in soft buns, or wraps or wholemeal buns and contain such delights as satay chicken, pulled pork or fish. You can get a more traditional beef burger. We had a lovely evening.
