Flaming Joe.

I could not resist a photograph of this gorgeous flamingo hiding behind the pond in my first garden of the day. It's a new addition to the wildlife around the pond, I wonder how it will age over the winter?

The last job of the day was, at the owners request, to put the Box 'Caterpillar' on a crash diet, I've already trimmed it this year but she wanted it thinner and not as tall. There was no way I could have completed it using shears so, holding my breath, I murderedit with the hedge trimmer. She was right though, it does look better smaller.

I also found evidence of box tree Moth Caterpillar in it so it got sprayed. Seemed strange spraying a Caterpillar to get rid of caterpillars??
