Bolsover Castle

This weekend is the AGM and Convention of UPP near Birmingham. We decided to leave early enough to visit an English Heritage property, Bolsover Castle on the way. It was reasonably sunny as we drove down but by the time we arrived it was raining and really cold. We had a quick look in a couple of the rooms before deciding to have lunch. The tomato and basil soup warmed us up nicely. Luckily the sun came out in time for my blip of the castle from the walls.
