The Day After

After an uneventful but fairly sleep free (for me) night, this morning mostly involved waiting. The Boy slept soundly, waking for his observations but not much else. He was seen by the doctor around 11.30 and discharged shortly after midday!

I had to nip into work on my way home to finish off yesterday’s tricksy task before today’s deadline but was done within an hour.

It’s now 3pm and I’m laid on my bed, browsing social media and trying to summon the effort to shower and change out of last night’s Sailing clobber....
