Flower Friday....Japanese Anemones

One of my neighbours has several groups of these anemones in his garden, and I am hoping he will share some with me next year, they make a lovely showing at the end of summer. Went to my dance/keep fit class this morning and am feeling everso slightly achy now....a long hot bath is called for, after I have packed a few things for a week's trip to the north Wales coast tomorrow......Really looking forward to it.
