cotton candy applied to neurons

I met fascinating people today. The intellectual stimulation is like applying cotton candy directly to neurons. The first person is a one man development force in Somalia. He sells solar systems. He also finances additional farming activities so people have multiple sources of income, increasing their resilience. Seventy percent of farmer's incomes go to transportation so he invented a little cart powered by solar panels to transport heavy things like watermelons. He had a video of a donkey pulled ice cream truck mobbed by eager customers in the market.

I have enjoyed taking pictures of these lights from outside the building but I haven't before been able to get an interesting picture of the fixture until today.
