Last night the grain lorries were collecting until after 11 and the floodlit tractor was in the field till 12.45.  Because the conditions were wet it wasn’t till this morning before the combines finished cutting the field which was started on Sunday.  Fortunately they completed it before the heavy rain showers.  Perhaps the wheat in this field will be cut before too long then soon the ploughing will commence and new crops sown.
