Flat day to start. But got better.

Went to my favourite watering hole tonight and Ben the barman said he knew The Girl Racer from way back (they hung out with the same musicians when they were young) so I took this shot for her and they said a virtual "hi". That did make me smile.

They were playing some dead funky music in the bar. Grace Jones "Pull Up To The Bumper". Forgotten how rude and in the groove that was.

Music, people and a glass of something ... best therapy.
