yoga session 2
better today, we had a really tough session with backwards bending. Our Instructor on the left promised she was going to make us sweat and indeed. That warming up is very important so you don't hurt your back during bending. It was quite tough but the effect was that my back felt very good comfortable and without any hurt as if all was reset again.
Another session in the afternoon and then a 250 km drive home.
Except for the illness of yesterday, it was very interesting and I think I might do this again next year.
