View through the Lilies
Just spent a restful break with friends at Nelson Bay.
Here at the viewpoint you can see some of the Bay, but it is real too big to capture in one photo.
The Gymea lilies in the foreground are native to this part of New South Wales. Just past their most flamboyant these are giants.
The leaves are around 2 metres and the flower spikes can reach 6 metres.
Thanks to all have left kind comments, stars etc over the last week. I am slowly getting back to Blip mode and will commenting soon but meanwhile I really appreciate your comments.
