Leicester's Cardinal Exchange

Looming over the Leicester in the bright morning light today, this tower can be seen for miles and miles around. Ive even seen it at the real Highcross on the Warwickshire border. For many a monstrocity, but for me a returning home sentinel in the far distance marking the city's most central of concentric rings reaching to the sky.
