An ending

I had my last session with my trainer today, as I've decided that I really can't keep pretending to myself that I can afford to work with her.  I'll really miss her, as she is a woman I enjoy as well as an excellent trainer.  I'm hoping I can get myself to work out with Endless Weekend at the gym and continue doing Kim's workouts on my own.

I slept really soundly in the bedroom last night, but Minkelina was frustrated because she had to leap from the floor to reach my lap, rather than climbing over from her cushions.  So I'll have to move that into the bedroom at night and bring it back out during the day.

Tomorrow I will see the hand therapist and she will begin working on building the brace I need.  I'm hoping that won't be a lengthy process, as the pain gets worse every day.  I'm not sure what therapy can be done for arthritis of the wrist, but I'm trying to be hopeful.

It was a beautiful day today, high of 80, and you can see how the sunshine lit up this pretty and colorful garden.  One more day of 80, then we dip quickly back to the low 70's, but we might actually get some rain!
