there's a destination a little up the road

What a lovely Sunday today has been! The sun's been out, got some work done, bought some granola (always a highlight for me as anyone who knows me really well will know) and then went over to my friends Sophie and Pearce's place for a Sunday roast. What an awesome roast it was too....the most tender chicken with roast parsnips, stuffing, savoy cabbage, gravy, Yorkshire puddings and the fluffiest roast potatoes ever. Thanks guys!
